George White Stadium

Able Company is the lead development partner of Boston Unity Soccer Partners and is redeveloping White Stadium in Franklin Park into a new state-of-the-art professional soccer stadium, the second dedicated women’s pro sports stadium in the world.

Nubian Square Ascends

Able Company is proud to partner with Richard Taylor and Nubian Ascend Partners in the redevelopment of the Blair Lot and adjacent land in downtown Nubian Square. When completed, the Project will include:

  • 185,000 SF Nubian Square Life Science Training Center – creating career opportunities
  • A Cultural Hall that will create a public performance space and art gallery.
  • Public open space, including an Artist Way and planned outdoor activity spaces for concerts, farmer’s markets, etc. for Roxbury residents.
  • Nubian Square Market – a Marketplace and Culinary Center.
  • A 400-space parking garage.

Able Company acquired the site in June, 2020, partnering with CrossHarbor Capital, CalSTRS, and Suffolk Capital. In 2022 the Property was acquired by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Creativity

The Landmark Center project spurred the renaissance of The Fenway that began in the late 1990s and continues today. Through creativity and good design, the old Sears warehouse – a national historic landmark – is thriving as a center for retail, office, lab and a multiplex cinema.
